FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
1) What is EZ Storage, and how does it work?
EZ Storage provides a convenient luggage storage service where we pick up your bags, securely store them in our warehouse, and deliver them back to you at your scheduled time. Our goal is to make your travel experience easier by taking care of your bags, so you can enjoy the city hands-free.
2) How can I request a booking?
You can request a booking by filling out the form on our website or contacting us via WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, WeChat, or LINE. Bookings are not confirmed instantly — we will review your request and get back to you. Messaging apps usually get faster responses, but please provide all necessary details.
3) What do I need to know before booking?
a) Booking Location
We accept bookings for any location within Mapo district and nearby areas within a 2.4km to 4km radius of Hongdae Station. Final booking acceptance will be confirmed once we receive your exact address.
b) Delivery Time and Location
We will pick up your luggage (if you are arriving from the airport) or deliver it (if you are traveling to the airport) from/to Hongdae Station Exit 5 (by default) at your requested time. Exit 5 is the nearest exit to AREX Station for passengers coming from or heading to Incheon Airport by train. If you request a different location, please provide the address so we can confirm the change.
c) Advance Booking Time
Appointments that require pickup between 7am–10am or 11pm–2am require booking at least 2 days in advance.
4) What happens if I want to make changes to the booking after confirmation?
Minor timing changes are usually no problem — just let us know at least 1 hour in advance. Charges will still be based on the total hours of storage.
For major timing changes, especially during restricted hours (7am–10am or 11pm–2am), extra fees may apply.
If the new location is still within our accepted area, no extra charge is needed.
For destinations outside of the accepted area, we may not be able to accept the change, or additional charges may apply.
5) What types of luggage can you store?
We can store a wide range of luggage, including large suitcases, backpacks, duffel bags, sports gear, and travel bags. However, we cannot accept hazardous materials, perishable items, or anything illegal.
a) Hazardous materials
These include flammable, explosive, or corrosive items such as fireworks or gas canisters. Normal batteries and power banks are allowed.
b) Perishable items
These are items like food or plants that can spoil or decay. Our storage areas are not temperature-controlled, so we cannot guarantee their condition or be responsible for any changes.
c) Illegal items
Any items prohibited by law, such as stolen goods, counterfeit products, or banned substances, are not allowed.
6) Is my luggage covered by insurance?
We take the safety of your belongings seriously and have insurance coverage to protect your stored items. While we handle your luggage with care, certain exclusions apply as per our insurance policy.
To ensure transparency and security, our staff wear body cameras during pickup and delivery, and our storage areas are monitored by surveillance cameras. This helps us quickly resolve any issues and provides extra peace of mind.
7) How much does luggage storage cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the size of your luggage and the duration of storage. For detailed pricing, please check the Price Chart section on our website or contact us directly for a personalized quote.
8) How can I pay for the service?
Currently, a fee of 10,000 KRW is collected in person during pickup, either by cash or card. If the total cost exceeds the original amount, the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery, also by cash or card. We are working on enabling online payment options in the near future.
9) Do I get any benefit if I use EZ-T with EZ-S?
Yes! If you book our EZ-T (Easy Airport Transfer), you’ll get 5,000 KRW off your storage fee. Our driver will also collect your luggage from our storage and then proceed to your pickup location.

10) Can I call you if I have questions?
Yes, you can call us — but please note that we only speak English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Hokkien. If you’re comfortable with any of these, feel free to give us a call. Otherwise, texting or messaging us (via WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, WeChat, or LINE) is often more efficient, especially for translating or checking details.
